We're looking for storytellers with an original point of view — a character, a world, or a theme with real legs. Most importantly: you care about what your story does for a kid, not just whether kids like it.

Strong applicants have written and published (or self-published) a children's book with some degree of traction, or have experience writing children's stories for TV or other formats. Most importantly, your main character has a strong, distinct identity and point of view — one that could anchor and carry a show.

What outcome do you most want your stories to have on a kid?

Anything you share with us, including ideas, characters, story concepts, pitches, treatments, scripts, work samples, and other creative materials, will be treated as confidential and used solely for purposes of evaluating your application and participation in the program. We will not publish, distribute, disclose, exploit, or otherwise use your submitted materials outside of the program without your prior written consent. Submission of materials does not transfer any ownership rights, and you retain all right, title, and interest in and to your creative work.

Acceptance into the creator program is subject to selection by SugarSnap Media, Inc and execution of the program's participation agreement and any other required documentation as determined by SugarSnap Media, Inc. Additional program terms, including participant rights and obligations, will be provided to selected applicants prior to enrollment.
